QUANTY FOR LEGAL

Read the whole stack. Miss nothing that bites.

Quanty turns a mountain of contracts into a table you can question: what auto-renews, where liability is uncapped, what changes on change of control. Every answer quotes its clause.

QUESTIONS

What legal teams ask us.

Is this legal advice?

No. Quanty finds, extracts and quotes; it does not advise. It does the first-pass screen consistently; judgment stays with counsel.

How is confidentiality handled?

Documents stay in your workspace, access follows your roles, and nothing you upload trains anyone else’s models. Ask us for the current security note.

What if a clause is worded unusually?

Unusual wording lowers confidence, so a human reads it. The system hands over exactly the cases where pattern matching falls short.

Can we encode our own playbook?

Yes. Your review questions become pinned plain-language columns; the playbook runs identically on every stack you load.
