A small company should not need ten tools to keep its own work in one place.
So we are building one. Your documents go into a table, and the views you need sit on top of it: chat, boards, forms, presentations. One place to look instead of ten, small enough to keep in your head.
Small is a choice, not a stage we plan to grow out of. Every feature has to earn its place, and a setting we cannot explain in one sentence does not ship. We would rather leave something out than make you configure it.
Human first, AI second. The AI reads the files, fills the column and shows the page a value came from. You check it, correct it, decide. Nothing is approved, sent or deleted because a model thought it should be.

There are two of us. The tool has to stay simple enough for two people to build it well.
A Polish company. Your files stored in the EU. Behind Quanty is Pluscode Sp. z o.o. in Poznań. You talk to the people who build it.
Data in the EU
Servers in Poland, files in the EU. You log in with a code from your phone, like at a bank.
GDPR
A Polish company is responsible for your data. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
Reading documents
Document content is read for us by AI providers, also outside the EU, under processing agreements.
