# Quanty > Quanty is an AI workspace where documents become a spreadsheet you can check. > You drop in invoices, contracts, orders or CVs, add a column and write in one > plain sentence what should be read from them. The table fills itself, and every > value shows the file and page it came from. Built for individuals, small and > medium-sized companies by Pluscode Sp. z o.o. in Poznan, Poland. If a figure here disagrees with https://quanty.ai/pricing, the website is correct. ## What it does - **AI columns.** A column is an instruction in plain language. It runs against every file in the table: PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scans and photos. - **A source under every value.** Each filled cell links to the document and the page it was read from, with the sentence highlighted. If the document does not hold the answer, the cell stays empty. Quanty does not guess. - **Chat beside every sheet.** Ask for a column, a filter or a total in words. The chat edits the table you are looking at, and cites what it used. For work in several steps it shows its plan as a checklist and ticks the items off. - **Files from chat.** The chat can write a Word document (DOCX), an Excel workbook (XLSX), a PowerPoint file (PPTX), CSV, Markdown or plain text, and export an existing Quanty presentation to PDF or PPTX. The file is saved in Files and shown as a card with Download and Open in Files. - **Agents.** Named AI helpers with their own instructions and files, picked in the chat. One for invoices, one for contracts, one for quotes. - **Skills.** A skill is a reusable instruction pack an agent loads when a task calls for it: a SKILL.md file (name, description, optional allowed tools, then instructions in Markdown) plus optional supporting text files. The format is open, so skills can be imported and exported. Global skills come with Quanty and are read-only; an organization adds its own. In chat, typing "/" picks a skill for one message. A skill never gives the assistant more rights: approvals, roles and plan limits apply as always. - **Kanban boards.** The rows of a table as cards in columns, grouped by a field. Moving a card writes the change back to the table. Used as a light CRM pipeline. - **Forms.** A shareable link whose every submission becomes a new row. - **Messages.** A team messenger built into Quanty: channels, direct messages, threads, reactions, @mentions, voice messages, and photos, videos (up to 200 MB) and files, with a files and media browser per chat. Links to Quanty tables, documents and boards show as previews. Pinned messages, search, availability status (Online, Away, Do not disturb, Out of office) and a floating window on every page (Alt+M, Option+M on a Mac). Encrypted in transit and at rest with a separate key for each organization, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). It is not end-to-end encrypted. - **Dashboards.** KPIs, charts (bars, columns, line, area, donut, pie, stacked bars and columns, radar, funnel), progress, ranked lists, text, pictures and tables, bound to table columns. Up to 6 filters per dashboard; a viewer can change filter values without changing the saved dashboard. A shared public link shows the saved state, without filter controls. Up to 80 widgets and 12 tabs per dashboard. - **Presentations.** Slides built from table data, in twelve layouts, with pictures and a theme per deck, a present mode, and export to PowerPoint (PPTX, charts stay editable) and PDF. An export may differ from the screen in small layout details. Up to 40 slides per deck. Both dashboards and presentations are editable from the chat. - **Pictures.** On dashboards and slides: uploaded (PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 5 MB), pasted, dragged in or added by link. - **Projects and folders.** Workbooks grouped in folders, with access set per folder. - **Web search with sources.** Columns can read the open web, and cite it. - **Company lookups (Quanty Connect).** What paid registers and the web know about the companies in your table, without leaving the sheet. ## Pricing One price for the whole company, per month, net of VAT. People are included; there is no per-seat fee. There is no free plan and no trial: Silver is the entry plan. The Custom plan is quoted individually. Gold carries the most AI per person (105,000 credits each for three people); Platinum is the cheaper seat (about 250 zl per person). Against the previous price list every plan gives about 1.5 times as many credits per unit of money (Silver 67,000/289 zl vs Base 20,000/129 zl; Gold 315,000/1199 zl vs Pro 120,000/689 zl; Platinum 670,000/2499 zl vs Max 220,000/1229 zl). The plans themselves cost more; this is more AI per zloty, not a price cut. On the Custom plan we also analyse the customer's processes and build functionality to order. One AI action is one filled cell or one chat answer; a very long document can count as several. Extra actions are sold in packs (about 570 actions for $9, larger packs inside the app). ## Data, security and law - The operator is Pluscode Sp. z o.o., Poznan, Poland. Polish company, Polish invoices with a tax ID. - The application, the database and your files run on Amazon Web Services in the EU region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), and have done since 13 September 2026. - Sign-in uses two factors: a password and a code from your phone. - GDPR applies. A data processing agreement is signed on request. - Document *content* and chat prompts are read by AI models on Amazon Bedrock (AWS). Web search runs on Exa. Payments run on Stripe, sign-in on AWS Cognito, outgoing mail on Amazon SES. Some of that processing can happen outside the European Union, under processing agreements. It is stated on the site rather than buried. Do not read this as "all AI runs in AWS" for every Quanty feature. - Connecting Gmail uses two scopes. Read (gmail.readonly): Quanty reads only the incoming messages that match rules you configure, and only after you switch the automation on. Send (gmail.send): Quanty sends messages your own automations compose, from the connected address, at most 100 per hour per mailbox. Quanty cannot delete or change mail. - Google user data is never used for advertising and never sold. ## Integrations Gmail (matching messages become rows; automations can also reply from the connected address) and Google Sheets (import and export, hourly or daily). A mailbox at another provider can be connected over Microsoft Graph or IMAP and SMTP, or forwarded to a Quanty address. That is the full list today. ## What Quanty does not have Stated plainly so nobody infers it: there is **no public REST API**, no knowledge graph, and no Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack or Teams connectors. English keeps the unprefixed addresses listed above; Polish adds a `/pl` prefix and German a `/de` prefix in front of the same path. So `https://quanty.ai/dpa`, `https://quanty.ai/pl/dpa` and `https://quanty.ai/de/dpa` are the same document in the three languages, and each page links to the other two with `hreflang`. English is the `x-default`. Polish is the governing language of the legal documents.
