# Quanty

> Quanty is an AI workspace where documents become a spreadsheet you can check.
> You drop in invoices, contracts, orders or CVs, add a column and write in one
> plain sentence what should be read from them. The table fills itself, and every
> value shows the file and page it came from. Built for individuals, small and
> medium-sized companies by Pluscode Sp. z o.o. in Poznan, Poland.

## What it does

- **AI columns.** A column is an instruction in plain language. It runs against
  every file in the table: PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scans and photos.
- **A source under every value.** Each filled cell links to the document and the
  page it was read from, with the sentence highlighted. If the document does not
  hold the answer, the cell stays empty. Quanty does not guess.
- **Chat beside every sheet.** Ask for a column, a filter or a total in words.
  The chat edits the table you are looking at, and cites what it used.
- **Agents.** Named AI helpers with their own instructions and files, picked in
  the chat. One for invoices, one for contracts, one for quotes.
- **Kanban boards.** The rows of a table as cards in columns, grouped by a field.
  Moving a card writes the change back to the table. Used as a light CRM pipeline.
- **Forms.** A shareable link whose every submission becomes a new row.
- **Presentations and dashboards.** Slides and charts built from table data, and
  editable from the chat.
- **Projects and folders.** Workbooks grouped in folders, with access set per
  folder.
- **Web search with sources.** Columns can read the open web, and cite it.
- **Company lookups (Quanty Connect).** What paid registers and the web know
  about the companies in your table, without leaving the sheet.

## Pricing

One price for the whole company, per month, net of VAT. People are included;
there is no per-seat fee. Enterprise is quoted individually.

One AI action is one filled cell or one chat answer; a very long document can
count as several. Extra actions are sold in packs (about 380 actions for $9,
larger packs inside the app). Free needs no card.

## Data, security and law

- The operator is Pluscode Sp. z o.o., Poznan, Poland. Polish company, Polish
  invoices with a tax ID.
- Servers in Poland, files stored in the European Union.
- Sign-in uses two factors: a password and a code from your phone.
- GDPR applies. A data processing agreement is signed on request.
- Document *content* is read for us by AI providers, some of them outside the
  European Union, under processing agreements. This is the one place data leaves
  the EU, and it is stated on the site rather than buried.
- Connecting Gmail is read-only. Quanty can never send, delete or change mail,
  and reads only messages matching rules you configure.
- Google user data is never used for advertising and never sold.

## Integrations

Gmail (read-only: matching messages become rows) and Google Sheets (import and
export, hourly or daily). That is the full list today.

## What Quanty does not have

Stated plainly so nobody infers it: there is **no public REST API**, no knowledge
graph, and no Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack or Teams connectors. Access is by
invitation while the product is in beta; there is no self-serve signup.
