How Quanty uses Google user data
Quanty is an AI workspace that turns documents and emails into structured, verifiable spreadsheets. It connects to Google services only when you ask it to — and only to do work you can see. Here is exactly what a connected Google account allows:
If you connect Gmail, Quanty reads incoming messages that match automation rules you set up and turns them into rows in your sheets — for example, order confirmations into an orders sheet. Access is read-only: Quanty never sends, deletes or modifies email, and never reads mail outside the rules you configured.
If you share a spreadsheet with Quanty, we read it to import rows and update it to export results — only when you or an automation you configured runs a sync.
Google user data is used solely to provide these features — never for advertising, never sold, and no humans read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. Disconnect at any time in Quanty’s settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Quanty’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
