With the read-only scope (gmail.readonly), Quanty reads incoming messages that match the automation filters you set up, and only messages that arrive after you switch that automation on. Their text and attachments become rows in your tables, for example order confirmations in an orders sheet. Quanty does not synchronise, index or archive your mailbox and does not read historical mail.

With the send scope (gmail.send), Quanty sends the messages your own automations compose, from the connected address, for example a reply in the same thread to a message an automation just processed. Recipients and content come from your automation: no marketing, no bulk mail, nothing on our initiative, and at most 100 messages per hour per mailbox. Quanty still cannot delete or modify your mail.

If you share a spreadsheet with Quanty, we read it to import rows and update it to export results, only when you or an automation you configured runs a sync.

Google user data is used solely to provide these features. Never for advertising, never sold, never used to train machine-learning models, and no humans read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. Disconnect at any time in Quanty’s settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you would rather grant no Google permission at all, you can forward mail to a Quanty address instead and the same automations run.
