How do I start?
Request access on quanty.ai. We set up your account and build your first system with you: a CRM, a contract register or whatever you keep in Excel today. You start on Silver, $85 a month for two people.
Which files does Quanty read?
PDF, scans and photos, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text files. E-mails come in through a connected Gmail, which automations can also reply from.
Does the AI change anything on its own?
No. Results land in the table, where you see them and approve or reject. The AI deletes nothing without your consent.
Where is my data?
The app, the database and your files run on Amazon Web Services in the EU region (Frankfurt). AI models on Amazon Bedrock read document content and Exa runs the web search; some of that processing happens outside the EU, under a data processing agreement. On the Custom plan we can instead install Quanty on your own server with open models, and then nothing leaves your building.
How much does it cost?
One price for the whole company, people included: Silver $85, Gold $359, Platinum $769 a month, net of VAT. The Custom plan is quoted to your needs.
What does support look like?
Tickets with attachments in the app and e-mail, in English and Polish. Documentation in three languages.
