Do I pay per person?
No. The price is for the whole company: 1 person in Free, 10 in Base, 50 in Pro, 200 and more in Enterprise. More people than your plan allows? Write to us.
What is an AI action?
One filled cell or one answer in the chat. A very long document may count as several, which is why we write “about”. Example: 300 invoices in 5 columns are 1,500 actions.
What happens when I use up the monthly pool?
Tables, chat, boards and forms keep working. New AI actions wait until next month, or you buy a pack yourself (paid plans). Nothing is charged automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free: one person, two systems, 250 MB for files and about 200 AI actions a month, no card needed. Access is by invitation. Request access and we will get back to you.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. You pay online and receive an invoice with your company’s tax ID after every payment. Prices are net of VAT. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice is available in Enterprise.
Where is my data?
Servers in Poland, files in the European Union. Pluscode Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is responsible for them. Document content is read by AI providers, also outside the EU, under processing agreements.
What does support look like?
In English and Polish: tickets with attachments in the app, and e-mail. Pro and Enterprise tickets come first, and both start with a call.
Can I change my plan or leave?
Yes, at any time. A plan change applies right away and the difference is settled to the end of the month. If you leave, you take everything with you to Excel.
Which plan is right for me?
One person and a few files: Free. A company of up to 10 people: Base. Documents every day and more people: Pro. Above 200 people or specific requirements: talk to us.
Do I have to connect Gmail or Google Sheets?
No. You can simply upload files. You connect Gmail (read-only) and Google Sheets when you want new e-mails or rows to land in the table on their own. Other mail? You upload files by hand.
