Do I pay per person?
No. The price is for the whole company: 2 people on Silver, 3 on Gold, 10 on Platinum. More people than your plan allows? Write to us about the Custom plan.
What is an AI credit?
One unit of AI use, billed by what the model actually did. Filling one cell from a document is about 15 credits, one answer in the chat about 75, one web search about 13. Example: 200 invoices in 5 columns are 1,000 cells, about 15,000 credits.
What changed against the old price list?
The plans are now Silver, Gold and Platinum, and they cost more than Base, Pro and Max did. The monthly AI allowances went up further: 67,000 credits instead of 20,000 on the entry plan, 315,000 instead of 120,000, 670,000 instead of 220,000. For every dollar you spend that is about 1.5 times the AI. More AI for your money, not a lower price.
What happens when I use up the monthly pool?
Tables, boards, forms and presentations keep working. New AI runs wait until next month, or you buy a credit pack yourself. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. You pay online and receive an invoice with your company’s tax ID after every payment. Prices are net of VAT. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice is available on the Custom plan.
Where is my data?
The app, the database and your files run on Amazon Web Services in the EU region (Frankfurt). Your company stays the data controller; Pluscode Sp. z o.o. in Poznań processes the data for you as a processor. AI models on Amazon Bedrock read document content and Exa runs the web search; some of that processing happens outside the EU, under a data processing agreement. On the Custom plan we can install Quanty on your own server with open models instead, and then no document leaves your building.
What does support look like?
In English and Polish: tickets with attachments in the app, and e-mail. Gold, Platinum and Custom tickets come first, and all three start with a call.
Can I change my plan or leave?
Yes, at any time. A plan change applies right away and the difference is settled to the end of the month. If you leave, you take everything with you to Excel.
Which plan is right for me?
Up to two people: Silver. Up to three people running AI every day: Gold, which carries the most credits per person. Up to ten people: Platinum, with the largest credit allowance. More people, or something Quanty does not do yet: the Custom plan, where we go through your processes and build the functions you are missing.
Do I have to connect Gmail or Google Sheets?
No. You can simply upload files. You connect Gmail and Google Sheets when you want new e-mails or rows to land in the table on their own. Other mail? Connect any other mailbox over IMAP.
