Email automations enter private testing
Forward an email, watch it become a row. The first cohort is routing invoices, applications and statements straight into their sheets.
Every Quanty sheet now has its own email address. Forward an invoice, and it lands as a structured row, fields extracted, attachments filed, citations attached.
Automations decide what happens next, and they read like sentences: "When an invoice arrives, extract the fields, check it against the rate card, and queue anything over contract for review." No flowchart builder, no macro language.
Two design decisions we will not compromise on: automations never write without an undo path, and anything below your confidence threshold waits for a human. The first testing cohort has been running invoices, job applications and bank statements through their inboxes for three weeks.
Email automations roll out to every beta workspace at launch. Waitlist members will see them first.
