Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 business days of your subscription, you may request a refund. This refund can be applied only once.
  • If there are recurring technical issues that significantly impact your use of the service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame.
  • In case of accidental duplicate charges.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After the first 14 days of the subscription period.
  • If you have violated the Terms of Service.
  • For unused credits or time remaining on the subscription.
  • If the request is made more than 30 days after the billing date.

  3. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
